Originally from Russia, Olesia Belchenko arrived in the United States as a high school exchange student to master the English language, eventually finding her home in South Florida. Following seven years of practicing law at leading Florida firms, including an AmLaw 200 firm, she founded Belchenko Law.
At Belchenko Law, Olesia’s focus lies in providing comprehensive assistance to individuals and businesses of all sizes with resolution of all forms of business and commercial disputes in state and federal courts. She provides guidance to companies throughout their lifecycle, addressing inquiries related to business organization, employment, intellectual property, and domestic and international sales. Additionally, she acts as an outside general counsel for many clients, negotiating and crafting agreements tailored to their specific business needs.
Furthermore, Olesia is certified as a Circuit Mediator, utilizing her business litigation experience in assisting parties with dispute resolution in her neutral role. Her multifaceted approach underscores her commitment to delivering effective legal solutions and contributing to the success of her clients’ endeavors.
